Well after a lot of time and work, and a lot of effort on the development staff, Asgard is finally complete and has been launched!

Yeah, APRIL FOOLS!

I'm a little disappointed if Donka was the only one who ran into it. :P

Rin, you should know better yourself.  Well that is if you were in the IRC channel where we talk about stuff that is.

Ok ok, but in all fairness things are in fact progressing.  Got a newer 2011 client running with the server, and working on ironing out some kinks in it.  Anyone familiar with the client would know that you used to be able to change the client textual descriptions easily by just changing stuff in string tables.  That's not the case anymore though.  You have to write/modify lua files AND compile them into lub files, then include them into the client data.  Kind of a pain in the ass just to update some text.

In either case, as I stated in IRC.  There is an entire development server set up for devs to work on things.  All they need is a client and connection information (both for logging into the server to update stuff as well as logging into the game server to test it).  To get said information, simply ask me in IRC or on the Asgard forums.  I rarely check this place much anymore.
